Combat Cancer Walk Vendor Application

Vendor participation helps make the Combat Cancer Walk an unforgettable experience. Every booth adds to the energy of the event. We’re creating an interactive marketplace where attendees can shop, discover local businesses, participate in activities, and enjoy unique experiences while supporting women battling breast and gynecological cancers.

Vendor Fees

  • Vendor Fee: A minimum $100 booth donation is required. Vendors who choose to make an additional donation or contribute a portion of their event-day sales help further our mission and are sincerely appreciated.

  • We ask each vendor to provide a raffle item valued at $50 or more, to encourage guests to visit every booth. Vendors will manage their own raffle, drawing, and prize.

Vendor Expectations

  • To create an engaging experience for attendees, vendors must offer an interactive booth through retail sales, food, services, demonstrations, games, activities, or another hands-on experience. Informational/resource-only booths will not be accepted

  • Selling products, food, or services, or offering demonstrations/activities

  • Resource-only booths are not accepted

  • Booths must be family-friendly

Vendor Requirements

  • Vendors should arrive at 6:00 AM and be fully set up by 6:45 AM. Vendors must stay until event ends (approximately 12 pm).

  • Vendors must bring their own table and canopy. Canopy must have a flame-retardant seal and be secured with sandbags.

  • Certificate of Insurance naming Support Sisterz as additionally insured (For low cost 1-day policy info. email ccwvendors@supportsisterz.org)
